We were so excited when we found this community for my MIL. It’s a hidden gem in the chestnut creek area. The area is lined with beautiful oak trees, tucked back in a private and quiet setting. They are currently renovating the inside of the building and the design will be absolutely beautiful when it’s completed. We checked out other independent communities in the area and while many had lots of bells and whistles this community felt like home. The units themselves are cozy and feel bigger than other communities I checked out. They also provide outdoor access with a private patio, so pets are welcomed. They offer 3 meals a day and change the menu daily. This independent facility seemed to have a great community of people that all enjoyed the amenities that included: pool, daily activities, transportation, library, and soon an essential store onsite. The staff is truly wonderful starting with a warm welcome from Mary at the front desk to Amy and Kim who made a hard transition seemless and easy! I would highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a home for their loved one.

Took a tour a few weeks ago. Looking for my MIL. Everything was great, Management and Staff were friendly and supportive. All of my questions were answered, I even received a follow up call from the Manager thanking my wife and I for considering VG as fresh start for Mom.

I have taken three tours here with Amy in the past 7 months, each time she has been so kind, patient and understanding with my mom. ( who is struggling coming to terms with moving at 89 .) This latest visit my mom decided to put down a deposit and is really looking forward to moving in now! This place is homey and full of kind staff , the residents seem very happy . I feel this place offers her her own little apartment ,yet the ability to be surrounded by friendly people and safety when we are not with her. Also, never in my life have i seen a monthly event calendar like this place.There is TONS of things to get involved in ( if you choose to. ) My mom is so important to me ,I researched this hard but I really think this place is genuinely a great fit

This place is top notch! The grounds are beautiful and the staff are angels straight from heaven! It can be a hard find to have staff that treat the elders as family & love and care for them like they are their own parents. I love how involved the staff is with all of the events and daily fun activities for the residents 🫶🏼 Venetian Gardens is a 10/10!!!
