We are committed to providing compassionate, personalized assisted living services that promote independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life for every resident. Our comprehensive care includes assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, daily medication reminders, health monitoring, and three nutritious meals each day. Residents also have access to physical, speech, and occupational therapy, light housekeeping, maintenance, and linen services, as well as skilled nursing care with a nurse available on call 24 hours a day. We offer short-term respite stays for families who need temporary support and peace of mind. Our comfortable one-bedroom and efficiency apartments are designed with accessibility and safety in mind and feature 24-hour emergency response systems and handicapped-accessible accommodations. Residents can also enjoy our on-site beauty and barbershop, beautiful outdoor courtyard, inviting dining room, welcoming family room, and convenient laundry facilities. Our goal is to create a supportive, engaging community where residents receive the care they need while continuing to enjoy comfort, connection, and independence. With that being said, we are able to offer Medicaid Waiver services from day one for those who may qualify.

Van Crest is extremely clean and always has the patients concern first and foremost. I have two members of my family that are residents there and we are extremely happy with their care.

Very disappointed in the care my grandfather has received. Nurse on duty does not follow the orders for his cough syrup administration. Went to visit at 11am and she hadn't given it to him at all yet. He was coughing and wheezing. Asked for her to give him some, we waited another 30min and she still hadn't. Finally, decided to call Hospice on call for follow up. The orders in his chart say every 6 hours. Secondly, she never communicated the needs to nurse coming on at 2p. She has a dismissive and rude demeanor. Thankfully, the 2nd shift nurse, Chandra (I'm not certain I'm spelling her name correctly) was kind, caring and responsive to my grandfather's needs & chart orders. I would give Chandra 5 stars, kudos to her. This facility needs more nurses like her. Thank you, Chandra ❤️

My mother was in Vancrest for 3 years before she passed. In those 3 years I seen and felt the love that each and every one of staff members had for my mother. I will never be able to show all of you my gratitude and love for what you all have done for my family. From the bottom of my heart Thank You!

Vancrest is the best nursing home I have ever visited! It's always clean and smells amazing when you enter the building. They offer fresh cookies and coffees to their visitors as well as residents. Their food is great and their kitchen is always clean and organized. I would definitely recommend Vancrest to any of my family and friends!
