    UVTO is a lovely place with lovely staff and residents. I met with Kim who started with getting to know me and my situation and what I was seeking, then told me what UVTO could offer. Such a genuinely thoughtful woman! Then we had a short (I was time limited) golf-cart tour of the grounds. I knew I had found my future home. It feels like a home instead of an institution. Later, I was invited to a luncheon to meet some current and future residents and the feeling was wonderful. I formally signed up to be a future resident. There is a waiting list, which I consider a good sign, and I won't be entering for years to come. My visit was an after-thought to a trip to the area. I'm so thankful that I visited! I highly recommend UVTO to anyone exploring CCRCs.

    We had a very informative and friendly tour which answered all the questions we had about University Village. Kim very helpful in all aspects of the day. Being able to meet with current residents was especially important to us.

    My wife recently toured UVTO with Kim. We were very favorably impressed with the beauty of the grounds and facilities, the options for residences, the full offering of activities, and the ability to receive skilled nursing care if necessary. We've formally added our names to the wait list for a residence.

    I am a new resident of UVTO and I can't be more pleased with my new life. All the employees are cheerful and helpful and the residents I have met are happy and content with life here. There is so much to do that I have problems keeping some do-nothing time which I enjoy as well. So far, this has been a wonderful experience starting from my sensitive preparation and move-in guidance by Joani Pappas to a wonderful enthusiastic welcome from the athletic director Chris. I'm glad I made this choice.
