Unity Prosper Province is in a class of its own. I had the pleasure of visiting this gem. Nestled in the heart of the city of San Gabriel this new and state of the art adult living facility is all about delivering an experience. From the various floor plan options ranging from 800 Sq ft to 2000 Sq ft, modern amenities, design, efficient use of space, color palette, it is all designed to deliver a unique, luxurious, convenient, living experience. Oh and the restaurant... I can't wait to dine there. I don't have enough space to write about it .... you just have to schedule an appointment to see for yourself. You will probably find me sipping a cocktail at the bar when it finally opens. Martha G.

Property switched from retirement to residential apartment now, just opened in Jan 2025. 1st tenant and move-in was smooth, Greg and Steve are willing to work with you to ensure a smooth move in. Rent includes garage parking underground 😎 Entrance is on the Bencamp Street side with lots of guest parking and street. Building is still under construction but if you just need a place that’s newer but not in DTLA or ktown this hits the spot. Got a discount cause of the construction 🙏 It’s literally walking distance to the Main Street of 626 with lots of food, boba and grocery stores. Security wise Mel is on duty at night to keep the building safe but she’ll also ensure you get your packages when leasing office is close. Make sure to say hi and thank her cause she got your back at night 😎

I just wanted to share a few words about the Sept. 22 evening event at San Gabriel Valley location. I had a enjoyable time like many other guests, Jeanine H. and her staff were outstanding. All guest were pleased with there services. The selection of food was tastefully. I enjoyed the dancing entertainment scheduled my Jeanine. To summarize the overall event, it was a great evening to socialize with friends meet and see what Unity Prosper Province can offer the community for housing to seniors. Hamton Lee

I recently enjoyed touring the new and beautifully designed senior complex in San Gabriel, CA. Despite it not being fully completed, it's clear that careful consideration has gone into it's layout and location. Furthermore, the potential for future shops in the commercial part of the building adds an exciting dimension to it's overall appeal. This building holds great promise for a vibrant and convenient senior living experience, situated in the prime location of all the fantastic restaurants and shops the San Gabriel Valley offers.
