I've lived here for about a month and have had a great experience so far. The location is perfect, very walkable to some of the best Asian restaurants and boba shops. Relocated from the Bay Area and wanted to be close to everything without living in downtown, and this has been a great fit. The office management is friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Fantastic location with convenient access to everything you need. There are also plenty of excellent dining options nearby, making day-to-day living here very comfortable and enjoyable. Greg has been extremely reliable and thoughtful throughout our stay. He’s approachable, detail-minded, and always quick to address any concerns efficiently. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience living here—we’ve truly loved it!

Unity Prosper Province is in a class of its own. I had the pleasure of visiting this gem. Nestled in the heart of the city of San Gabriel this new and state of the art adult living facility is all about delivering an experience. From the various floor plan options ranging from 800 Sq ft to 2000 Sq ft, modern amenities, design, efficient use of space, color palette, it is all designed to deliver a unique, luxurious, convenient, living experience. Oh and the restaurant... I can't wait to dine there. I don't have enough space to write about it .... you just have to schedule an appointment to see for yourself. You will probably find me sipping a cocktail at the bar when it finally opens. Martha G.

Great location with easy access to pretty much everything. There are also plenty of great food options nearby, which makes living here very convenient. Greg is one of the most responsible and attentive people I’ve encountered. He’s always patient and detail-oriented, and has helped us resolve many issues efficiently. Really enjoying living here!
