I recently moved my grandparents into Trustwell Living of Springfield, and our experience has been amazing! Kathy Chastain was absolutely wonderful to work with — she went above and beyond to help us during a stressful time. She even made it possible for my grandma to stay in a fully furnished temporary apartment until the one we chose was ready, while my grandpa was in rehab after a hospital stay. That kindness and flexibility meant so much to our family. The staff here are all so friendly and caring, and the facility is always clean and welcoming. My grandparents have said the food is great too! We’re so thankful to have found such a supportive and comfortable place for them. Highly recommend Trustwell Living of Springfield!

We moved mom on October 6th and everyone has been wonderful! They are so accommodating and one on one. It’s a great feeling knowing they are safe and well cared for. Thank you to Kathy for getting this going for us and entire staff for their professionalism and care! Mom is happy!

This place is amazing. They worked with my father and I to get him in on short notice. Kathy and Penny make sure all your needs are met and are very caring and respectful. It is very clean and all staff are amazing. The food is really good. When you are at the hard time of making the decisions and transitioning to assisted living, the staff at Trustwell makes it less difficult and less stressful. I give them 5/5 stars.
