We provide Independent Living and Short-term Rehab with Private Suites, Skilled Nursing Care, Extended Care Services and Respite (Vacation) Care. Our care center has been serving the short term and long term care needs in Dodge City since the 1960s. We are more than a care facility, we are part of the community!

Great patient-to-staff ratio, which makes a huge difference. The staff actually has time to check in, help out, and not feel rushed. You can tell they care, and it shows in how they treat the residents. Also, the facility itself is clean and well-maintained, which honestly says a lot.

Amazing staff members, very friendly, and professional. The best thing about the facility here is the cleanliness. They go above and beyond to maintain the facility clean throughout the day.

I recently completed my clinical rotation at this facility as part of my nursing program and had a wonderful experience. The staff is not only great but also incredibly kind, providing exceptional care for the residents. They also offer a variety of fun activities to keep everyone engaged. I had the opportunity to observe various types of care, and the residents were so willing to let us learn from them. I had meaningful conversations with many of them, and it was clear they enjoyed meeting new, friendly faces. It was truly an amazing experience, and I will miss them. If you have family in need of care and are in the area, I highly recommend this facility.
