We provide Independent Living and Short-term Rehab with Private Suites, Skilled Nursing Care, Extended Care Services and Respite (Vacation) Care. Our care center has been serving the short term and long term care needs in Dodge City since the 1960s. We are more than a care facility, we are part of the community!

Was here for DFC for nursing school. Very impressed with the cleanliness and well-maintained the facility is. The nursing staff is attentive, and there’s always enough to help around. It gave me peace of mind knowing the residents-nurse ratio is enough to ensure each resident receives personalized care.

This facility is clean, staff is friendly and professional they were very welcoming to students. The therapy department is also very professional, and caring toward the residents. The residents are happy and smiling. Great great learning, and facility.

I am a nursing student visiting Trinity Manor for clinicals and I’ve had a very pleasant experience overall. Trinity Manor is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and approachable. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to learn in a supportive and professional environment :)

This facility is so clean! Any time I go to any facility my number one priority is seeing how clean it is and if it smells. This facility passed that test with flying colors. The staff are so nice and friendly. You can tell they really care about all the residents.
