From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and at ease!!! The staff is tremendously kind and genuinely cares about each resident's well-being. Trillium Woods has a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes it feel like home. The facility is clean, comfortable and well-maintained! The residents are treated with dignity and respect. There are 4 restaurants that serve chef created and delicious meals! There are many activities for everyone to attend and a pool of cars to transport you there!!! There are walking paths everywhere and lakes to visit on a daily walk! There is a hair and nail salon plus a fantastic gym with a multitude of perfect exercise machines and personal assistants to help you ease into upper middle age!!! We are grateful for the wonderful care and would highly recommend Trillium Woods to anyone!!! Beverly and Michael Method

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Care at The Birches at Trillium Woods I received excellent care at The Birches during my recovery from foot and ankle surgery. The nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists provided outstanding professional guidance that helped me regain confidence and prepare for a safe return home. What made my stay truly special was the kindness, compassion, and emotional support shown by every staff member. During some difficult and painful days, their encouragement, respect, and attention to the small details brightened each day and made me feel genuinely cared for. The meals were delicious, and the Food Service staff went above and beyond, remembering patients by name and personal preferences. The Birches played an important role in my healing journey, and I will always be grateful for the exceptional care and support I received. Thank you to everyone at The Birches for your dedication to helping patients recover with both professional excellence and genuine compassion.

I feel so fortunate to live in independent living at Trillium Woods. It is a vibrant community of great activities, caring, lively residents, and fabulous food . Whoever thought in senior years one would make so many new good friends. And when help is needed , it is abundant with qualified, caring people. Art and I are new residents of Trillium Woods and we could not be more pleased. Everything has exceeded our expectations. The staff has been amazingly supportive, working to make our unit just what we wanted. Our unit itself (the Imperial) has made downsizing far less difficult than we anticipated. And the residents have been so welcoming, leaving notes, dinner invitations, we even had one very kind person leave us a banana bread. At this point in our lives, we are very functional, we can easily live independently, but we wanted to make this move before we needed it. We feel lucky to be here.
