Several months ago my husband and I needed to find an assisted living space for a family member. Touchmark has been an absolute joy to work with. Their compassion and caring towards their residents is outstanding. We have been so impressed with all of the staff, from the administrative personnel to the nursing staff to the dining room and gym. The people who work with the residents and their needs daily are the ones who make the experience so positive for both the residents and their loved ones. Touchmark deserves a 5-star rating!

I have worked at Touchmark as a bi-weekly receptionist for roughly six months now and I’ve certainly enjoyed being here. When you enter the community, you can always expect to be greeted with a smile. This immediately makes the environment friendly and welcoming. I have also witnessed an internal promotion take place with another team member who truly deserved it. Our management team does a great job with recognizing skill sets and advancing current staff. Therefore, there’s always an opportunity for growth. Our team members here are all dedicated to making sure each resident along with their families feel secure in knowing that they’re not just a number in the system, but instead a meaningful member of our community. The residents are very pleasant to engage with. Many that I’ve spoken to, do not regret moving here and are happy to call this place their home. Team members in each department do an outstanding job keeping things organized and maintaining the integrity of Touchmark!
