My husband and I have lived at Timber Ridge almost a year after trying another retirement community and investigating everything between Maple Valley and Bothell. TR is by far the best, and we are so happy. It is exceptional in so many ways. It is a Continuous Care Community offering independent living, nursing, assisted living, and memory care all with wonderful and caring staff. TR also manages assistance for those who want care in their own unit. The food is outstanding with many delightful choices; there are a never-ending number of activities to please everyone, including on-site as well as off-site excursions; there is fitness center with water aerobics, balance classes, and great equipment; physical therapy is on-site along with a health center to assist when needed and also bring in various specialist medical personnel. The staff is well screened, trained, and motivated and so friendly and efficient. I could say more, but hopefully, you will come see for yourself! Be sure to ask about medical deductions on your taxes, especially the first year.

A first rate facility. My mom has been there a year. A few quick comments as much has been covered by others.. We have really enjoyed the holiday dining meals which are great with lots of families celebrating. Very convenient and delicious for our family to gather. Also my mom recently had a medical issue that required a short term 2 week stay in nursing care after hospital stay and staff were very accommodating to find a room and make that happen. Just note that due to length of time in facility since move in a year ago, we did have to private pay for the nursing stay, so be sure to read and understand your contract. (We knew that was the case, so just a heads up).

My parents have lived there since 2012! It has been a an excellent choice for them to get the care and support they ended up needing as the years passed. Financially it has paid off too. Mom is in skilled nursing now and gets the best 24 hour care we could hope for at a much better price tag then otherwise. The staff really cares with their hearts’ and have become fond people j look forward to greeting each visit. Highly recommend this place to live in a supportive community and make new friends!

I have been a happy resident for 7 years. The Pea Patches (raised beds), classes, fitness program, outings, special events, dining, and new friendships fill my days, my mind, and my heart. Oh yes, my dog likes it too!
