I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community! When it came time to find the right place for my mom and Arvin, I knew this was the perfect choice. Having worked in home health, I had the opportunity to see firsthand the outstanding staff, the variety of activities, the bus rides, outings, and the convenient transportation available. All of these things truly set this community apart. The staff go above and beyond with genuine care, kindness, and professionalism, creating such a warm and welcoming environment. There is always something engaging for residents to enjoy, from daily activities to special events, and I love that they have opportunities to get out and explore while still feeling safe and supported. As a family, we feel such peace of mind knowing my mom and Arvin are living in a place that not only meets their needs but also enhances their quality of life. This is truly a wonderful community, and I am so grateful for everything they do! The environment of Thornton is truly like a home. The staff are respectful and always helpful. They partner with Interim Healthcare of Topeka to help people be able to stay until end of life in an independent living.

Staff is very nice and easy to talk to! They keep a very clean facility and all the residents are very open to having a kindhearted conversation with anyone they see!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience at Thornton Place has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, making sure that every resident feels at home. The community itself is warm and welcoming, with plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged. I’m especially impressed with the meals—they're always delicious and well-prepared. The availability of home health services right on-site is a huge plus, offering peace of mind for both residents and their families. Thornton Place truly provides the perfect balance of independence and support. I couldn't recommend it more highly!
