Had a great experience touring Grand Living Palm Beach retirement community. Jennifer was an excellent tour guide, very warm, knowledgeable, and made everything feel comfortable. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and the food was genuinely impressive. It feels like a place where people would truly enjoy living!

The Watermark is such an exquisite retirement place. Very modern, strategically located in the heart of Downtown. The staff is very friendly, they have daily activities, live entertainment, Happy Hour and delicious food. We enjoyed Blackjack last Friday at 1:30pm organized by Melissa the Activities Director. This was the first time for Michael, the dealer at The Watermark. We started with 4 players and ended up with full table and potential players for next time! We had an amazing time! Thank you Melissa 😊

The level of design at The Watermark is unsurpassed. It feels like a 5 star resort, and fits into the West Palm neighborhood brilliantly. I have toured at least twenty Independent/Assisted/Memory Care facilities and this facility has the most robust amenity package I have I have seen. You have to see it to believe it. The staff is just as lovely as the building. Everyone from award winning Head Chef Ari Alejandro Riquelme, to Hana Kahale the Community Liaison, everyone we met were very helpful and accommodating. The ease of communication, and scheduling our tour was also simply fantastic.

I only moved in 5 days ago, but I came from just one block away, so I know the downtown West Palm Beach neighborhood. This place is even better than I imagined. The food is incredible. The staff is amazing, and the residents are very friendly. For many years I vowed I’d never live in a place surrounded by old people, but now that I’m old, I see things differently! This place is like a country club in the city with no golf or tennis. While there are residents who have physical challenges, I would say the majority here are mobile and don’t want to deal with home or condo ownership and upkeep. Me and my dog Oliver are very happy here!
