I recently visited The Watermark at San Jose** and was truly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the beautifully designed common spaces stood out, modern, elegant, and incredibly welcoming. Every area felt thoughtfully curated and well cared for. What really made the visit special was getting to witness some of the programming in action. It was clear that a lot of intention goes into creating engaging, enriching experiences, and the atmosphere felt warm, lively, and community-focused. Even as a visitor, it was easy to see the level of quality and attention to detail throughout the community. The Watermark at San Jose left a lasting impression, and it’s clearly a place where people can thrive.

I want to personally take this opportunity to thank Alexa for all the amazing work she does for the Watemark community. Alexa always laughs and has a smile on her face and treats everyone extremely well. She works very hard, moving from task to task while keeping a positive and kind attitude. This place is lovely. When I arrived for my tour I was greeted by name by the folks at the main counter. Wow! The facility is fresh and inviting. The common areas are warm and offer so many options for involvement. The apartments have convenient layout options. And...I was fortunate to be able to sample a fresh homemade cookie from Chef Tony, delightful. Check it out!

After visiting the Watermark, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the staff and the amount of attention and detail put into every event that they host for the residents. Each resident's needs and wants are fully accounted for, and it is clear that every staff member puts a lot of work into creating the best atmosphere for the residents to live in.
