Overview
The Watermark at East Hill is an extraordinary, pet-friendly community in a beautiful natural setting that offers much to do, explore, and engage in – from creative arts, to holiday celebrations, to group off-site excursions. There are many opportunities for social gatherings, as well as exercise classes, relaxing spa treatments, and therapeutic efforts to keep the mind and body active.
For some, however, the peaceful surroundings within the 55 acres of our woodland campus are of tremendous benefit. Many enjoy daily nature walks on our scenic trails, perfecting strokes on our putting green, and toasting the magical view of the Pomperaug River Valley at sunset with friends.
