The Springs at Watermark has an outstanding team on board! Thank you Joan, Deb, James, Melissa, Adrianna, Bernadette, LaTonya, Twana, Leona, Will, Marine, Colleen, Candace, Diamond, and Simone for making my father feel at home here - you are all godsends!!! My father was in bad shape when he was discharged from the hospital, but he is now thriving because of the phenomenal care he is receiving from this amazing staff who goes above and beyond to make sure he is happy and healthy. Chefs Milton and Beatrice are the nicest, and the food is exceptionally good!!! The Springs at Watermark is by far the best rehab facility in Connecticut — all others pale in comparison!!!

My aunt has been living here for over 15 years. Recently I've been spending a lot more time visiting my Aunt. I have found staff to be caring and friendly. They try to be responsive and flexible addressing needs and requests for help. I also notice that there are a few employees that have been there for many years who are very obviously dedicated to the residents and go over and above for people.

We looked at many independent living places for my parents and knew quickly that 3030 Watermark is a special place, a step above the rest. It’s more of a home with staff and residents that like being there. Denise was great with setting us up in the right apartment. Cindy and her team moved my parents in flawlessly and decorated their apartment with their furniture so that it immediately felt like home. The staff and the other residents are just great. My parents are very happy and living a great active life. Our whole family is pleased with 3030 Watermark and spend much time there with my parents.

Review for The Watermark Rehabilitation Facility in Bridgeport, Connecticut =============================== My dad recently spent almost a month at The Watermark in Bridgeport, Connecticut, following a brief stay at the hospital. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and compassion he received during his time there. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff—nurses, aides, kitchen staff, and volunteers—treated my dad like family. Their kindness and professionalism made a significant difference in his recovery journey. The physical therapists were particularly outstanding, working diligently to help him regain his strength and balance. Their expertise and encouragement played a crucial role in his progress. What stood out the most was the safe, comfortable, and loving environment that The Watermark provided. My dad felt genuinely cared for, which gave us peace of mind during a challenging time. The dedicated care from the staff and the little extra things they did for him every day contributed immensely to his recovery. I am forever grateful to The Watermark for the love and care they showed my dad. Their dedication and commitment to their patients’ well-being are truly commendable.
