I visited a friend there. Her place is charming and has the air of being comfy and cozy. Everyone I encountered from the receptionist desk to neighbors of my friend were friendly and engaging. To God be the glory for having a wonderful friend who calls the Waterford her place to live and relax.

My first visit to Waterford . The facility was very clean and the meals were outstanding according to a resident of Waterford.

The Waterford is listed as an assisted living facility. It is not an assisted living facility!!! It is an independent living facility. If the resident should happen to fall, there is no one to assist the resident! You must call the fire department. The food is not that great!! When my father was in the hospital, he said the hospital food was hands down no comparison to what they are fed at the Waterford! My parents were mislead into thinking they would have help! They would have been better off to stay in their home and get people to help them when they need it. The residents are all super nice! I ran into a daughter of a previous resident, and she said the same thing. This place is even listed as a nursing home which is a joke. People beware of what you're getting into. Also my father said he believes they are trying to save on their electric bill by throttling their a/c and hot water. With what they are paying, they should be able to have their apartment as cold or warm as they want!!! Also they can have their meals brought to their apartment for a charge, but most of the time they don't get everything they were supposed to receive. For example, he did not get his dessert, and when I said something, I was told they didn't have a container to put it in. Yet, they had marked on his ticket that he received it. This occurs 99% of the time. I hate that my parents are there, and they are miserable!

My mother-in-law and both of my parents live here. This is a very friendly and caring community! The staff are all wonderful, and the food is excellent! The building is very clean and well maintained. I could not ask for a better situation for my aging family members. I know that they are safe and happy at the Waterford!
