My mother and I enjoyed both visits. Rev Jim is an excellent ambassador for The Waterford. He accommodated us in every way possible. He has a personality that makes you feel calm and feel comfortable with the place. The amenities were numerous. I liked the enthusiasm of the staff. I really noticed the way the residents seemed to enjoy the place. My mother’s eyes lit up during our first visit. She liked everything about the place. We have a deposit down now and are anxiously awaiting the opportunity to move in.

My mom has been living at the Waterford for a couple of months. She recently needed to move to memory care. It was nice to just transition without moving facilities. She did need to move to a new room and the director himself moved the furniture with me so we wouldn't have to hire movers. The staff is amazing and truly care about the residents. It's been a good experience for us and we're lucky to have this in Mansfield.

I want to give the staff caring for the residents and those maintaining the facility special recognition for their hard work and effort. I feel in general the staff at the waterford are caring and strive to make the lives of the residents as comfortable as possible. As far as the facility itself I think the flooring needs addressed. I am in hopes that they will change out the old carpets and replace with something more sanitary and durable considering the use that it gets. Overall I feel my concerns are always addressed and my experience is positive. Thank you again for all the hard work!
