Definitely giving 5 stars! Everyone here is so welcoming and helpful, such a great environment. Dianne, Dawn, Erin, and Robbin were wonderful to work with. I accidentally hit the help button while doing a drywall repair and the staff were there immediately with no time to spare. Your loved ones will definitely be well taken care of at this facility.

Positives- Dawn, Trisha, Justin are fantastic at what they do. Reality-I have multiple issues with the facility as far as the memory care unit. My dad was in the facility for right at two months. While I understand that you have employees that are new/ old, orienting to the facility and have turnover.. This is proving to be a challenge in this facility. I would first like to touch upon abuse/neglect and exploitation. 1. In the two months while my dad was in the facility, at best he may have gotten a weekly bath. He would wear the same clothes a week at a time. in those two months I know I bathed him once and my sister when she came in bathed him twice. Beyond that, if he got 3 baths from the staff, I might be overestimating. 2. Brushing teeth, aside from when we went in to check on him on our visits, I do not believe any assistance was lent to teeth brushing. This as evidenced by the amount of food, plaque and generalized biofilm that accrues with out his teeth being brushed. 3. Lack of checking on resident. We have a camera in the room. When hourly checks should be happening on residents, If I saw a person check on him twice a day, that would be a good day. 4. lack of maintenance- my dad accidentally pulled a towel rack off the wall while getting out of the shower the first week he was there. Even after requests, the towel rack was never replaced. 5. Meals/ diet requests- even with my mother submitting diet requests, he rarely received the meals that were submitted per the facility. Example: 6/16/25 my mother and brother were at the facility with my dad for dinner. He received a meal of items he doesn't eat. My mom expressed she had already submitted previously his weekly meal requests and that wasn't it. They took the tray away to check for his other meal and it was over an hour until a separate meal arrived back to my dad. This being said, He also had a 13 pound weight lose while in the facility. 6. Diana the director. Possibly one of the rudest people to deal with while dealing with a facility. The perspective of My way or the highway is not the correct way to deal with family and/or residents. All this being said, I have called, left voicemails, and emails that have not been responded to which is disappointing to say the least. So at least with a review I may actually get a response. My suggestion at this time would be, check multiple facilities in the area. When Waterford employees see your loved one in a new facility and they tell you that you made the right decision by getting them out of there, then there is something wrong. Hopefully they can right the ship because potential is there but a quality facility starts at the top and it simply isn't there.
