The Villages at Oak Ridge

The Villages at Oak Ridge is a place where my momma is truly loved and cared for♥️ My sweet momma moved into The Villages at Oak Ridge on December 1, 2025, into the locked memory care unit. As her only child, making the decision to place my momma in long-term care was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. But looking back, I know we made the right decision for her—and The Villages at Oak Ridge has been such a blessing to our family. From the very beginning, we have been welcomed with kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine care. The staff have gone above and beyond to make Mom feel safe, comfortable, included, and, most importantly, HAPPY. Seeing her smile, participate in activities, enjoy outings, and simply enjoy her days means more to me than I could ever put into words. I live about an hour and 45 minutes away, and as an only child, I make the drive to visit my momma twice a week—usually once during the week and again on the weekend. Yes, it’s a long drive, but when I see my momma happy, it makes every mile and every minute of that drive more than worth it. ❤️ I am so thankful for the staff who care for her, the activities they provide, the friendships she has made, and the way they treat not only their residents but their families as well. They have given me something I desperately needed when Mom moved here: peace of mind. I know Alzheimer’s has taken away so much from my momma, but the people at The Villages at Oak Ridge continue to give her opportunities to smile, laugh, make memories, and enjoy the moment she is in. That is an incredible gift. To everyone at The Villages at Oak Ridge who has cared for my momma, encouraged her, spent time with her, included her, and loved her along the way—thank you will never be enough. ❤️ I would wholeheartedly recommend The Villages at Oak Ridge to any family searching for a safe, loving, compassionate home for their loved one. I am so grateful my momma is there. 🩷

Excellent facility!!! The staff were pleasant, caring and so helpful with any concerns we had regarding my sister time in assisted living/therapy. Admissions was so welcoming --- Kayee, Haley, and Abbie. All staff made my sister feel comfortable and encouraged her to get involved in the activities, which she enjoyed very much! Thank you for providing this awesome place for out loved ones!!!

Mom was in Memory Care at Villages of Oak Ridge & this place is AMAZING! Staff is so kind & caring with dementia patients. I have been in other facilities & they do not even come close to the care this place gives their patients. They treat everyone like family here!!

I recently needed to stay 6 weeks in a skilled care facility for IV antibiotics...i trusted the outstanding reviews of Villages of the Oaks in Washington and it was the next best place to being at home The entire staff are caring and made sure I received everything I needed and even many things that were above and beyond.. every dept was top notch, dietary needs ✔️ activities ✔️house keeping✔️PT department✔️ A special thanks to my nurses (A+) and their support team (ades) and the team that welcomed me and also followed up after coming home ✔️✔️ thank you !! Thank you for making my stay pleasant and stress-free, keeping me busy, treating my husband with kindness and generosity, for a beautiful facility that gives all residents love and dignity. 💕
