My father-in-law is a new resident here at The Village. The staff here have gone above and beyond to welcome him warmly and help him feel accustomed to his new home. Chris, Dawn, and Ilona have been so accommodating: going the extra mile, making special touches, and being available for great communication. Upon her discharge from the hospital, it was clear our mother needed more care, and due to both the state of her home and finances, remaining home was not an option. We needed to act quickly, and within three weeks of meeting Chris, the director, we were able to assess my mom, finalize the necessary paperwork, and get her moved into a lovely one bedroom apartment. Chris and his team are amazing! Responsive, caring, and solution focused, with this team, we can rest assured that The Village is the right place for our Mom.
