Shared an evening with my aunt on her birthday. There was a person that comes by and plays guitar and sings, even some of the oldies she likes. He was really good too. Her friends and caretakers helped arrange it and she had a really good time and she was very happy.

I was going to deliver this small envelope later to the resident when I went to Gina she said go ahead sign in even I sign it. I show him the package and she’s like I’m going to call them. I was like do not call them. My manager is going to call them once I drop the package but she didn’t let me to go to the elevator. She was like Sir, wait I’m not finished with you!

Edit: We were not kindly asked to leave but barked at pretty rudely with no explanation. This really turned my dad off to the idea of assisted living and it's been really tough to convince him to look at other places. Thankfully I finally talked him into checking out the Reserve, which was totally the opposite experience so it really all happened for the best. The Village has a wait list that goes out for months, so they don't really need your business people, look somewhere else. To be fair, it's probably a great place to live or it wouldn't have the other good reviews or the wait list. If you're considering living arrangements/care for your loved ones then please find a better place than this. Bad experience from the second we made it in the door. My father and I came by to check the place out. Libby, the lady at the desk, was extremely rude and said we wouldn't be able to look around. My father asked if we could come by tomorrow and again she told us to leave. My father then asked if he could just use the restroom before we leave and again, she rudely denied.

I've known the amazing team at The Village at The Triangle since they were first opened! They have a wonderful team that truly cares about all of the residents, and creating an amazing experience for all that live there. The building is so nice, and it looks and feels like a resort. Every time I go there, the residents are happy and enjoy being there. And all of the team members know them all by name and are very attentive. There aren't many places like The Village, not only in Austin, but the whole country!
