The staff, especially Liz has been very attentive to helping my mom adjust to a new life and surroundings. It hasn’t been an easy transition for her but everyone has been helpful in helping her adjust to the facility. They continue to make sure she is aware of all the offerings to kept the residents occupied and entertained throughout the day and Liz has been deeply involved in making sure mom isn’t left behind.

One of our family members has been living at the assisted living portion of The Village at East Farms and she is very happy there. The facility is immaculate and bright. The staff is great, especially Liz who is always there when needed! So far we are all very happy with our choice of this facility!

Poorly run. Inconsistent care. Providing feedback falls on deaf ears- Leadership is nonexistent. Not a place to send your elderly loved one. Like other reviews I have read on here- loved one went in at one price and costs went up due to “needs” which could not be explained. Plus the costs go up each year. Not worth the price. Can’t understand how they get so highly rated.

My mom loved it here, unfortunately when she toured and signed her rent was $3940. Then the executive director decided after she moved all her worldly possessions in, it went up by $1500, then eventually it was $7000 a month and my mother is in good health independent, plays games and attends activities. She pays half of that at her new place and is at an Independent level something the executive director said she wasn’t able to maintain. Unreal how they operate! Stay far away from this place unless you have money to throw away!
