In about 6 months the staff at Trinity Fairborn has taken my father from a confused, angry, desperately ill diabetic with sugar levels through the roof, to a stable, healthy, grateful socialite who delights both staff and patient/clients. Even his Alzheimer’s seems to have eased up. I am beyond pleased with their care. It is such a comfort to know that Dad is safe, content, and thriving.

Horrible place , nurses set around playing on their phones when patients need things ! Have been there 8 times in the past month and they fed my father in law hotdogs 4 out of 8 times! Trinity was supposed to fax over my father in laws records to new Dr and never did , said doctor had to call them to get the records! They also were supposed to be doing physical therapy and wasn’t ! The place smells of death and urine !!!!! So thankful we pulled my father in law out and are taking care of him at home now! They also did not send us home with all his medications! Beware of placing loved ones in this place! I’ve worked at a few different nursing homes and never seen anything like this! They billed Medicaid and anthem blue cross and blue shield and kept $1600 of his money every month as well for shoddy at best care!!!!!

Staff is very helpful and friendly. When my mom passed, they were very acco.idating to listening and consoling our father in his grief. Amazing place to have a loved one. They also have a lot of military veteran's and are amazing in recognizing them.
