One thing is for sure, this place DOES NOT PAY FOR SERVICES RENDERED !!!! Sharon smith the director and the business office lady who is responsible for bill pay as I understand have given me the run around for almost six months now. Dodging my calls and not responding to my emails. It really shows that they could care less, and I am irate at the fact. It has been impossible to actually speak to these two people. This industry is small and word travels, they will be hearing from my lawyers.

My father has been in 3 different assisted living homes and this one is by far the best! Everyone has been helpful. It is a beautiful facility!

The "sales phase" at this facility is very different from the reality of dealing with their administration. After an assessment increased our quote by $2,000/month, we had to decline. What followed was a three-month battle to recover our $1,500 deposit. Shannon Mays, who was initially very kind, became rude and dishonest once we were no longer prospective "customers." Executive Director Sharon Smith was also unreachable, ignoring all emails and calls. It’s deeply concerning that it took a certified letter and a threat of reporting them to get a simple refund processed. Proceed with caution.
