The Springs at Wyandot Trail in Lancaster is a wonderful community that truly cares about its residents. The staff are kind, attentive, and treat everyone with dignity and respect. The building is clean, welcoming, and feels like home the moment you walk in. You can tell the team works hard to create a safe, comfortable environment while also providing activities and opportunities for residents to stay engaged and connected. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are in good hands here. I would absolutely recommend The Springs at Wyandot Trail to anyone looking for assisted or independent living in the Lancaster area. As a former hospice nurse I pay special attention to many details. This facility is amazing!

Our family is very pleased with the facility and the staff at The. Springs. The facility is very clean and the staff is very helpful and nice. It is the best move we could have made. Mom says "if you cannot be at home, this is the next best place". She has no complaints what so ever. Thank you for making our lives so much easier!

Highly Recommend- Exceptional Care & Compassion Our family has been extremely pleased with the level of care and compassion provided at The Springs during my dad’s rehab stay. The entire team has gone above and beyond to make this transition as smooth as possible for both our parents and our family. Malinda has been incredibly supportive — consistently communicating with empathy and understanding, and truly treating our parents with dignity and kindness. Katie and Joyce have also been wonderful resources, helping us navigate the changes and next steps with care and clarity. It’s clear that everyone at The Springs genuinely cares about the residents and their families. We’re very grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication they’ve shown during what could have been a very difficult time.

My Grandma spent just under 4 months at this facility, until her recent passing. My family can't say enough good things about The Springs. The level of care and compassion my grandma got was outstanding. She was a very anxious person and all of her nurses and aides treated her so kindly and patiently gave her the encouragement and reassurance she needed. Everyone from the top down was friendly and professional. Anytime I would go to visit no matter what time of day, all of the staff would greet me with a smile. The facility is clean and beautiful and they are always planning fun events for the residents. My grandma especially enjoyed her time with Elvis. Thank you for caring about the people who count on you.
