My Mother is in the assisted living community at the Skybridge at Largo Town Center and has been there since May 2024. I've been using the Skybridge's transportation services for the last 5 months and find thier staff as very engaging, prompt, courteous, caring, and complete. In addition, when challenges arise, they are very eager to get involved with finding resolutions. I highly recommend the Skybridge transportation services to anyone having busy and hectic schedules, where often times parent's appointments conflict with their everyday living. Terrance

I would agree with others that the facility is beautiful and may work for those in independent living. It's a great community with lots of activities for those who are able-bodied. But I have a relative that was in assisted living and her apartment was always filthy despite what was described as regular cleaning (I often spent most of my visit wiping dried-up crud off of multiple surfaces). Getting internet and a landline set up was particularly challenging. The food service could not consistently handle special diets; she was restricted from many of the activities with few suitable alternatives; and the staff turned-over very frequently. The qualifications and compassion of staff rotating in and out seemed to be hit-or-miss. Some were great, others less so. The great ones never seemed to stay. Items went missing. Clothing was lost in the laundry. My relative fell once and spent hours on the floor before someone came to assist. Their response was that the caretakers were busy assisting other residents at that time. They always seemed short staffed and unable to fully deliver on all that was promised in the marketing. My relative left this facility.

Ms. Rochelle Clarke invited our senior group to tour Skybridge at Towncenter in Largo Maryland. The property and amenities are beautiful. There are five (5) restaurant, movie theater and beauty salon on premises. The courtyards are beautiful and offers cornhole and miniature golf. She concluded are tour with a delicious lunch from Central cafe.

I was invited to tour the facility in May 2025 by Ms. Regina Senior Sales Consultant. Prior to and during the tour, she exhibited excellent customer service with pleasantries. The tour was a very easy comfortable and timely walk and each part of the facility and living amenities were mesmerizing, the perfect size, and the activities are surely to live for. The residents are nice and the location is great, too. She was able to respond to all my questions confidently and in a positive manner. As I'm planning, I will consider Skybridge as a choice. I highly recommend taking a tour. With Appreciation!
