My loved one has been under the care of the Rutherford for over two years. We placed her there after moving her to Tennessee from Florida. We wanted her to have a smooth transition and the Assisted Care facility met her needs perfectly - not too big but a very comfortable and pleasant environment. She had lots of friends and really enjoyed the activities and outings that the facility provided. Recently she has transitioned to the Memory Care Unit. While I was concerned with what the move would entail, the staff were wonderful and my loved one has settled in perfectly. I can’t commend them enough for the care they have provided and continue to provide. I believe my loved one is going to be very comfortable there for as long as the care is needed. I’m so grateful we chose The Rutherford for our long-term care needs.

Mother has been here six months. She started out in assisted living & was moved to memory care for her safety. The administration, and especially the staff, whom we speak with regularly, are all very kind. We love mother being here and she loves it. They take such good care of her and keep her active.

Super caring staff! All know my mom and brother and their needs. They call with updates, and information. We are very pleased with our experience and happy with our choice to have them living at The Rutherford!

At first the my Mother's care was good, but soon dropped off. They didn't check on her everyday 2 hours as promised in the care contract. I had private caregivers stay a few hours with her everyday because of that. She fell twice in onw day and broke her hip. After surgery on her hip she was in a wheelchair (94 years old) and they still insisted she could come back to live there and be taken care of. I ended the contract and moved her to skilled nursing at Adam's place.
