I cannot say enough good things about The Ridge Cottonwood and the incredible care we received, especially from nurse Jessica Donahue. From the moment Jessica steps into your life, she brings a sense of calm, compassion, and professionalism that makes a deeply emotional time so much more bearable. Her gentle demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine kindness towards her patients and their families is remarkable. The Ridge Cottonwood as a whole is a phenomenal hospice organization. The staff is attentive, responsive, and truly dedicated to making a difficult journey more manageable for everyone involved. Thank you, Jessica, and thank you to everyone at The Ridge Cottonwood for providing peace and comfort when it is most needed.

The people here do anything but work. If you love your family members don’t send them here. Always understaffed, and just recently a resident died because the nurse and the med tech saw that he had new meds sitting. They weren’t approved by the nurse and the med tech didn’t reach out to ask. This person went septic and died. Both the med tech and the nurse knew about the meds but neither talked to the other because the med techs are too busy hiding and the nurse apparently can’t approve life saving antibiotics. If you want neglect for your loved ones this however is the place for them.

My parents have both lived here at The Ridge Cottonwood. It has been a perfect place for them. My dad recently passed away unexpectedly and the staff have been amazing to accommodate my mom with her transition. My dad loved living at The Ridge, enjoyed getting to know the residents, the staff and loved the activities. Our family has been so happy with the care both my parents received and also with the added TLC my mom has received as she adjusts to life without my dad. Thanks to all the staff at The Ridge - you are all incredible!
