My Mom has transitioned to The Residence At Watertown Square from independent living. It has been approximately seven weeks, I cannot express how wonderful the transition has been. The staff is beyond incredible and accommodating. The residence themselves are so kind, sweet and welcomed my Mom with open arms. She is going to be 93 on her next birthday and to hear her say she’s busy with her friends during the day. It just makes me smile. She is rejuvenated!

The Residence at Watertown Square came to the rescue when we needed an assisted living facility that could accommodate a married couple with very different level-of-care needs. What attracted us to the facility is their flexible nursing care, which ranges from zero to 10, from fully independent adult to nursing home level assistance when needed. The Residence at Watertown Square provides a lovely and intimate setting for their vibrant community. The staff was warm and welcoming. The Residence proved to be a critical link in our loved ones’ healthcare journey.

My family had a bad experience that ended in an unfortunately short stay. After seeing their response, I called the corporate office and left a message ( no one answers calls anymore ) and no one has returned the call.

The staff at The Residence at Watertown Square couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. From the Executive Director to servers in the dining room, everyone is attentive and caring. Our experience during the initial tours, phone and email conversations leading up to move-in day were informative and educational. We never felt as though the services or community were being oversold and, in fact, we never felt pressured or swayed into making any decisions that were not in the best interests of our mother's needs. Now that she's moved in, the communications from the community are timely and encouraging. We highly recommend The Residences at Watertown Square for a loved one who needs daily assistance in their senior years.
