Poor quality of care. Not enough or poorly trained aides. They are more for show than quality of care. Yes there are a handful of aides that are A+ majority especially night shift are not. They do not beleave in communication with the family. They blamed everyone else for not communicating to the family. Beware of your love ones especially the ones that have memory issues and needs 24 hour care. Shop around. There are better ones for less money. What you say is not true. Communication is so lacking. A resident fell broke her arm and the family was not notified for OVER FOUR AND A HALF HOURS. TO ME THAT'S NOT COMMUNICATION. There was no report on how it happened or why the family wasn't called. The people in charge are not readily available. Maybe you as the owner should do a spot check of this place even at night. To many people are falling and breaking bones.

My mother had lived at three other communities before she moved into Charles Meadow. To say that the experience is night and day compared to the other facilities is an understatement. I am completely convinced that the leadership within these communities, their hiring practices and emphasis on training and respect is paramount to how the entire community operates & how it feels. In my opinion, the leadership team at Charles Meadow is exceptional and exemplary. None of these communities are going to be perfect. There will always be things found or staff members that will disappoint. But based on my experience, what we have seen & where we have been, Charles Meadow stands so far above the other communities that I feel very good about making an extremely high recommendation to any family who is looking for a place for their loved one to live the final quarter of their life.

The facility is beautiful. I was very pleased with my mother‘s care. The staff is very friendly and eager to help you. I knew she was well cared for and didn’t have to worry about her.

I volunteered here in the memory unit. I was in awe of the compassion and empathy displayed by the staff. They truly care for the residents and put in great amounts of effort to ensure their time there is enjoyable. I also received a tour of the facility and I was impressed by the overall design of the facility as well as cleanliness.
