The wonderful staff at the Reserve worked with me so I could live here. In every turn they were on my side all the way. I am currently at a facility that has huge management, meal, and building issues. I need to get out of that facility and in to one I can feel safe. At the other place I was existing. At the Reserve I will be living! Brittany was especially helpful to me and instrumental in getting me in the room that I wanted.

We love The Reserve. My mom feels safe here, and that’s very important to her. The place has friendly staff and I’m always greeted with a hello and a smile when walking in. It’s always clean and smells fresh without overpowering fragrances. As her son who does her shopping, I love the location. It’s easy and quick to access every place I need to go. And my mom has made several good friends here: which is great for her mind. Thanks Reserve management that creates a great home for my mom in her last years.

We love The Reserve. Silla was our hostess and made sure that all our questions were answered and concerns addressed. She was professional, courteous, and attentive; especially with our parents. In fact, we met many of the staff and all of them were very kind and supportive. I highly recommend The Reserve if you’re in search of a high quality facility.

One of the Dallas Senior Living Specialists told me that The Reserve is a hidden gem in Dallas and it really is! My mother moved in three weeks ago and has been very happy there. The staff and residents have been so friendly and welcoming. The Resident Ambassadors reached out, quickly, and invited mother to join them in the fun activities and to sit with them at dinner. Mother is really enjoying the delicious meals, Bible Study and playing Bingo and Rummikub.The Reserve has so much to offer. Silla, one of the Family Advisors, has been incredible and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know her. She helped us find the perfect apt in a great location for my mother. She made sure everything was ready and went smoothly for Mother’s move in day. Silla has been so sweet, caring and helpful in answering all our questions we’ve had about The Reserve. Silla is truly amazing and such a joy to work with! I would highly recommend The Reserve for your loved one. Susan C.
