Colleen O'Toole is doing a very special job with taking care of us. She goes out of her way to help us. As you know, us old folks can drive such a hard working person crazy. Tries to take care of so much to help us. ANY CHANCE YOU CAN GET HER AN ASSISTANT? OUR LAST MANAGERS WITH NVHousing had an assistant. Which helped our manager Debra J. Be so much more efficient. Please know Colleen is not aware of any of my ranting about how great she is I just thought I should make you aware of what a great Manager Colleen is and we don't want to lose her ever.I have been here for over 12 years and know when we get a manager of her quality. We don't want to loose her. BY the way Maintenance Supervisor AURELIO CRUZ is very hard working, polite, and efficient member of our staff, we appreciate him he is always taking good care of our needs as soon as possible. We love your staff and don't want to loose them. WE KNOW THAT WE OLD FOLKS ARE NO EASY TO CARE FOR. THANK YOU FOR CHOSING SUCH GREAT PEOPLE FOR US. ❤️ 😊

You've lost 2 stars in my book! I like the location, Andy does great work, the site is well groomed and maintained... BUT Cynthia is beyond rude and her favorite line is, "if you don't like it leave!" Is that Upper Managements stance??? I'm returning my 5 star rating!!! Colleen is a breath of fresh air 😀 She has brought the fun back to the Reserve!!! You go girl...

I love it here. Lovely people, beautiful grounds. Maintenence is knowledgeable and dependable. Colleen is the best, she really cares about the residents. Wouldn't have it any other way.

I am disgusted by the manger Cynthia at this property. She is very rude, disrespectful and demining to the residents here. She talks down to everyone except who she decides she likes then they get the special treatment. She is very nosey and spreads your personal business to other residents without your permission. If you leave something behind in any public area (Club House, Laundry room) it will be thrown away instead of saved for you. Being an elder is sometimes hard to remember things. No compassion from her unless like I said before you are on her favorite list. Don't try to go to her about any issues you have because she will say your complaining and if you don't like it leave. I seen her yell at a resident and tell them - Go back to your apartment like they were little kids. I am only giving two stars because I think Andy deserves it. He is kind, gentle, very helpful and compassionate about our well being living her. He is always nice, in a good mood and never down talks us. I pray for her departure from this property and then maybe we can enjoy our lasting days living here. Until then we are living with the Warden of a prison, too scared to do anything because we don't want her at our door. She should be managing a apartment complex with trouble makers not elders on retirement just wanting a peaceful living. If you can, Avoid this place until they have new management because she will make your life miserable. This review will probably somehow not reach the district managers but at least I can warn other people.
