There are no words to express accurately how much I love this place for my mom. From her RAs, the dining room staff, the nurses - it's been an amazing experience for her. I leave there knowing my mom is well taken care & that's such peace of mind. Thank you Laura, Janice, Chris & Kristen for all you have done to make this such a pleasant experience!

Our family has had such a wonderful experience with The Renley of Collierville. The staff is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and attentive, which has given us so much peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe and well cared for. Everyone has been welcoming and supportive, but Janice deserves a special mention. She was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout our experience. Her dedication truly stood out to us. We are extremely grateful for the care and reassurance the entire team provides.

My mother has been here since Oct 1, 2025. It was highly recommended by someone who now has omly negative things to say. But I couldn't be happier. Staff is great. Unfortunately, we will be bringing my home back home in Dec, but it is not a reflection of Hearthside. My son had been her caretaker for yrs. But after she suffered subdural hematoma and broken hip, it just became too much. However, she misses him dearly and he misses her and wants her to come back home. But if I need to have her go back to assisted living, this will be where my mom goes.
