Preston of the Park Cities is a very nice place. It's tastefully decorated and looks very clean. The staff is very friendly and cares about the residents. Annette, the concierge, is very attentive and always willing to help. I liked that they offer different activities for the residents, and they seem very entertained. A great place!

I visits the Preston as a vendor who provides ADA private transportation to several residents. Over the years I have watch Annette. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional warmth and professionalism consistently shown by Annette. Her kindness is immediately evident in the way she interacts not only with residents, but also with visiting family and friends. She brings a calming, cheerful presence that makes everyone feel seen and respected. She’s incredibly attentive to the needs of the residents—always ready to lend a hand, share a kind word, or go the extra mile to make their days a little brighter. It’s clear that she approaches her role not just as a job, but as a calling, and her compassion truly makes a difference in the lives of those around her. Her professionalism is equally noteworthy: dependable, poised, and always handling even the most challenging situations with grace. She's an asset to your team, and I feel lucky to have witnessed the care and dedication she brings each Denise w/ Dove Transport

Update 5/6/24 My MIL passed away this year and not one senior staff member or Rhonda, the director of nurses reached out with their condolences. Chad and Rhonda even walked by me the day she died and said nothing. There are staff there that care a lot and some that don't seem to care as much or at all. The floor care givers are usually sitting on their cell phones looking very bored. I could say more, but I will leave it at that. After searching and looking at many places, we chose The Preston because it didn't seem like an Assisted Living facility. It looked more like a really nice hotel. Our MIL is very happy there and loves her apartment. The food is always good and the staff there are the best. Specifically, Stephen at the front desk and all of the wait staff in the dining room. Rhonda and her nurse team as well. Photos are my MIL's apartment at The Preston that we decorated before her arrival.

The Preston is senior living at its finest. My mother is a resident there and she is getting the best care at the Preston. Everyone is so nice and willing to help. Annette and Frank at the concierge desk are always there to greet you with a smile. Cynde showed us all different styles of apartments for my mother. Delondria is the sweetest and I know my mother is in good hands with her and her staff on the 2nd floor. Some of the people on the 2nd floor I would like to give a shout out to are - Shirley, Jasmine, and Keisha. I know there are more I just cannot remember all their names. The food at the Preston is also delicious. I know my mother is in the best place in Dallas and I do not have to worry. Oh, I also need to give a shout out to Sonny and his hospitable staff during happy hour and also Ester and her crew on the 2nd floor for the delicious meals.
