The Preston is a truly outstanding value! Every single detail from the decor and design to the staff and the food, it’s all amazing. It’s been a wonderful and supportive journey for my parents and I would highly recommend The Preston to anyone thinking about assisted living or memory care. I literally enjoy it more with every visit!

I've lived at the Seneca for nearly a year. The food is excellent, my grandchildren really enjoy visiting. The staff are so personable and helpful. I really like Marcus and Theo from the physical therapy gym. I wish I could list all the staff I love but the list would go on and on! The activities are diverse and enjoyable. I would recommend it for anyone looking for senior living.

Both of my parents live at Seneca and I am extremely pleased with all aspects of their care. There are a multitude of interesting and engaging activities every day to choose from. The food is excellent and fresh and varied. The staff are so caring and kind! I cannot say enough about how wonderful and beautiful Seneca is. If you are considering an assisted living community, please visit and see for yourself.

I have mixed feelings about Seneca. My dad has been there almost since it opened and we've seen the good, bad, and the ugly. There's been plenty of all three. The facility is lovely. And it's a nice size - not huge (i.e. Ingleside at King Farm) but large enough to offer decent activities and amenities. The gym is very nice and the gym & PT staff has been consistently good. Staff turnover in general has been high and quality of care has been mixed. They changed operating companies about 6 mos ago. The transition had some moments that weren't pretty. I'm waiting to see what happens next. The jury is still out.
