Under new management… prices increased immediately and services have decreased. Communication to families and caregivers is abysmal. Meetings are conducted during the workday and communications are sent out last minute making attendance nearly impossible for families and caregivers. Responses to caregivers is slow if any. Very unimpressive start.

Both of my parents live at Seneca and I am extremely pleased with all aspects of their care. There are a multitude of interesting and engaging activities every day to choose from. The food is excellent and fresh and varied. The staff are so caring and kind! I cannot say enough about how wonderful and beautiful Seneca is. If you are considering an assisted living community, please visit and see for yourself.

The Seneca Rockville is a wonderful facility. The building itself is modern, beautiful, bright, and clean, with so many amenities. But more importantly, the staff is amazing. They took such good care of my father, and I really felt like he was a person to them, not just a client. Everyone there is warm and kind, and they kept me aware and made it easy for me to be involved in my father’s care. I highly recommend the Seneca to anyone looking for memory care or assisted living.

The Staff at the Seneca are great. Very caring to the Resident and their family. We have been able to celebrate holidays and birthdays of family members birthday cake & all. And my sister who lives there doesn’t have to miss out on family celebrations. I am truly grateful! And my birthday cake they made was delicious! Thank you so much
