A beautiful place to live! Not just because of the decor, the 5 star chef prepared meals, or the 5 star staff, but the residence are among the friendliest people we’ve ever met. Everyone makes you feel welcome starting with move-in day. There are no strangers here after your first day.

My mom loves living in her luxury apartment at The Park! She’s living there in a 2 bedroom plus den with 2 bathrooms since August, 2021. The staff takes amazing care of her, especially Jennifer! She helped my mom find the perfect apartment to live in. The food is delicious at the dining room and at The Bistro. And her apartment gets cleaned for her weekly! She’s safe, too. The staff checks in on her daily . Thank you, everyone at The Park, for taking excellent care of my mom! Theresa Giampietro ❤️❤️

I love living at the park! The people are very friendly and interesting. The food is very good and includes a complete menu every night. Small dogs and cats are welcome also.

The Parks Modesto has been a wonderful blessing to our family. The first time I walked into the building I was impressed by how clean and fresh it smelled. It’s beautifully decorated and I was greeted with a friendly face. My parents adjusted to living here quickly thanks to the kindness and understanding of the whole team. The meals are delicious and prepared by a wonderful chef and kitchen staff and served by a very accommodating service team. I could go on and on.Lots of attention to detail. It’s a wonderful community of residents and team. Highly recommend.
