The Orion is a 166-apartment community for those 55 and older with a select set of units for those 62 and older. It will include a community room, computer workstations, a fitness center and more. Currently move ins are set to begin in Early 2026.

I have seen people living there with young children at night and early in the morning when they going to school they taking all our parking lot spots it's assigned for the guest it's okay for them to park there but if we have our car park there it gets to the way I would like to have a clear understanding why is this happening thank you I mentioned that to the manager Alisa she is using the assigned parking for the leasing office to have somebody else Park overnight and they might have their own spots I will send y some photos to the head office let them know what's going on

From the application process with my parents to the day they moved into The Orion, my experience has been a positive one. Alisa, the Community Manager, has been informative, professional, and extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I appreciate the dedication and patience with us and can only imagine how it is to manage a community of 166 units.

I’m so grateful that my parents live at The Orion. It’s comforting to know they’re in a community where they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. The property manager does an amazing job and truly goes above and beyond to support the residents. It shows in the way the community is maintained and the care that’s given every day. No place is perfect, but if someone is constantly unhappy, it may be worth considering whether another community would be a better fit. Many of us simply want to enjoy a peaceful, respectful place to live without unnecessary drama. Thank you to everyone who works hard to make The Orion a wonderful place to call home.
