Overview
The Oasis Assisted Living and Reflections Memory Care is located on the same campus as our independent living community, Fellowship Square Historic Mesa. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) and part of the Christian Care family of communities, we’re committed to offering care rooted in compassion and purpose.
We provide three levels of assisted living services and Memory Care: Supervisory, Personal, and Directed Care. Our programs include three meals daily in a full-service dining room, planned social activities, and certified caregivers on staff 24 hours a day. Every resident is also equipped with an emergency call button, giving caregivers an instant alert when someone needs assistance.
We’re also a Helpany Certified Community, using the AI-powered fall-prevention technology nicknamed “Paul.” This system monitors movement, sleep patterns, and gait to spot subtle changes that may indicate a higher fall risk or a shift in overall health — all without using cameras.
Reflections Memory Care is a secure, dedicated neighborhood on the third floor of The Oasis. Our team takes a truly person-centered approach to dementia care, focusing on comfort, consistency, and anticipating needs before they arise. It’s all about creating a safe, supportive space where residents can live with dignity and feel a sense of calm and connection.

I can’t thank the team at the Oasis enough for their care and compassion of my favorite person, my Grandma Marion. My grandmother lived with Alzheimer’s and as the disease took away so many of her abilities- it did not take her joy. My grandma was loved and cared for by the team and it’s like being part of a family. She loved the mural in the garden and even got to put her own flower on it. She had parties, fun in activities, care she needed, and dignity through her last days. She lived here for almost two years and I appreciate the staff for loving Grandma as much I did and giving her the care we couldn’t at home.

My mother in law was at the Oasis for the last 6 months of her life. It brought us great peace to know that she was well cared for in an environment where all of her needs could be met. The caregivers were very attentive and compassionate with her and hospice was able to provide care to her in her own private apartment which made things so much easier. She loved having coffee and sharing meals in the dining room with her neighbors who became her friends.

Awful care facility. Could be nice, the apartments offered are nice, but they need to completely clean house. Roach problem. (German roaches) Food is not great. They do not clean, do laundry or help your family member as contracted.

Most everyone I've met at this place truly care for their residents. The food is delicious and varied with great desserts. Clean place. Residents make friends easily with each other. Fun and interesting activities.
