I was blessed to have my mom living at The Oaks for the last years of her life. The staff to patient ratio enables them to provide excellent care of their residents. They encourage residents to participate in activities. There is a wide variety of activities available. They have activities outside of the facility which are accessible to residents regardless of their mobility. There is low turnover in staff and the staff truly love the residents. My mom fully enjoyed life despite her health/mobility issues thanks to The Oaks.

Staff were all so sweet & helpful, from the nurses to the housekeepers. My room was kept immaculate daily, they even set up my shower area for me, laid towels down on the shower floor so I wouldn’t slip, put my necessary hygiene items on the shelf for me, etc. They went above & beyond to make sure every one of my meals were made correctly & gave me so many choices. I hope if I ever need medical assistance again that it will be here again!

If I could give this place a 100 Stars i would this Facility is Spot on! If you or a Loved 1 needs to go somewhere for some extra care, long-term or short, life i highly recommend this place i NEVER want to go anywhere else!! From the Office, Drs, Nurses,Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Aids, Cleaning, Kitchen, Laundry, Activities, and even other Residents are thee Best!! Thank you all so much in the aiding of my Care and rehabilitation!! Your hard work and kindness did not go unnoticed!! Sincerely Robin Walton

I am amazed at how my Mom has changed while at The Oaks. Every day I walk in, I get a report before I see her. I've "caught " her walking down to dinner with the girls and she was laughing, talking and smiling!!! I felt so proud to see this, it's a huge accomplishment! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful to both of us. They provide excellent care with getting her showered and out of her apartment and make it fun. I'm very happy with the changes that I see. I still panic when they call, lol, but keeping me informed on med changes and such is important. I'm very happy to becoming her daughter again instead of her nurse. I'm VERY pleased with having my Mom in your care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
