Our experience with The Oaks Assisted Living & Memory Care has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first visit, we felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to the residents’ well-being. The community is always clean, bright, and inviting, and you can tell there is pride in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. What stands out the most is how personal the care feels—our loved one is treated with dignity, patience, and kindness every single day. Communication with families is excellent, and it gives us real peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such capable and loving hands. Choosing The Oaks was one of the best decisions we’ve made, and we are so grateful for the entire team. Highly recommend to anyone looking for assisted living or memory care in the Gilbert area!

We recently brought our family member to live at The Oaks community. From the very first contact through all the admissions process and now including living here the experience we have had with everyone on the team has been amazing. This is truly a first rate facility along with an incredible staff that really cares about their residents. Our family member “loves” everything and everyone about this community. We can’t begin to express our thanks to all of the staff and residents for making this his new home.

Nov 2025 update: I was visiting our mom and Rosario from the housekeeping staff came to her room. She was asking every resident what they are thankful for and writing their responses on beautiful fall leaves. She created a Thankful Tree...just because she wanted to. This is the kind of effort that ALL the staff at The Oaks puts into their care of residents and the facility. Great Job, Rosario. It turned out beautifully ❤️ Our Mom has been at the Oaks for 1 year. Of course, it's difficult leaving your home. But we can't be happier with the care she is receiving. All the staff are friendly and caring. She is very happy with the food. The dining options are varied and the hours are not restrictive. It was already a beautiful and well kept facility, but they are completing a face lift...modern and fresh colors. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, JUST VISIT! We went to 3 facilities in one day and we we walked into The Oaks, we knew we found THE ONE.

"The Oaks is Truly a 5-Star Resort for Senior Living!" Our family recently had the pleasure of discovering The Oaks, and from our very first visit, we knew we had found something special. After meeting with Kevin and touring the facility, we immediately canceled all other appointments – The Oaks simply surpassed all our expectations! This facility truly lives up to its description as a "5-star resort." It's not just beautiful; the level of care and warmth provided by the staff is exceptional. My sister-in-law has been a resident since early July, and we haven't encountered a single staff member who wasn't incredibly helpful, caring, and genuinely nice. The Oaks expertly accommodates diverse needs, including more intensive care than traditional assisted living, which was perfect for Marie. While there's a slight additional cost for this elevated care, it's absolutely worth every penny for the peace of mind knowing she is safe and meticulously looked after. The dining experience is a highlight, with a beautifully set dining room, complete with tablecloths and cloth napkins, and the flexibility to order from a menu if the daily entrees aren't to your taste. Beyond dining, the social calendar is vibrant, with events like luaus and visiting singers, ensuring there's always something engaging to do. The welcoming nature of the other residents has made Marie feel right at home. Her one-bedroom apartment is perfectly sized, offering privacy while ensuring constant oversight, with caregivers checking in 24/7 – a truly comforting aspect for our family. We cannot express enough how truly wonderful and reassuring The Oaks facility is!
