    Andrea Stewart and her team at Balfour are remarkable; starting from scratch they have developed a welcoming atmosphere as this new CCRC is built from the bottom up. The policies and plans are outstanding and offer a multitude of great opportunities to attract new residents to this great spot. Great job, Andrea

    Balfour Brookline is still under construction (8/2023) but the sales staff has been very helpful and have gone out of their way to answer questions. The location is a big plus - 10 minutes from Fenway Park, 15 minutes from Back Bay and 20 minutes from downtown Boston.
