My mother has been at the Magnolia for 3 years. We started in the assisted living side and the past year we have moved into memory care. The caregivers and activity people are top notch. I feel like they think we are part of their family and treat us as such. We could not ask for a better place to help us care for our "granny". She is constantly engaged during the day whether it is activities in the main room or an outing with Mrs. Kim and a few of her friends. Thank you for all you do! You are truly a blessing to so many!

We had an incredibly short time to find an assisted living arrangement for my husband, prepare his room, and move him in. The facility is very nice, but that doesn’t guarantee good care. People make for good care, and The Magnolia has good people. Edward was invaluable in getting the paperwork and other mechanics done. Kim spent several hours with us making sure she understood my husband’s unique personality and needs and working for a seamless transition. Brandon worked to get the room painted and TV mounted. Vanessa welcomed us and oversaw everything. My husband has been at The Magnolia for almost six months now and has enjoyed a high quality of care and programming. He spends no time in his room because he’s more interested in participating in activities and visiting with the staff. I have received text, email, and phone reports and updates from staff, nurses, and the nurse practitioner whenever there has been a change or concern, no matter how small. I live very close by and drop in often, so I know how all residents are cared for and even loved. My husband still loves to eat, and he never complains about the food. In fact, he can actually remember what he had for lunch. I recently participated in a friends and family dinner that was fabulous! I feel confident that my husband is in a safe, comfortable environment with people who are caring for him well.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, I am a huge advocate for patients with neurocognitive disorders. If I may be transparent, I worked as an SLP at this assisted living for several years. It was truly my second home! As with any company, things shifted, people shifted and the care diminished. I decided to shift as well. However, I find myself VERY PROUD of The Magnolia! Many of the employees whom I worked along side in the highest quality patient care returned to work at The Magnolia. In June of 2026. I WAS HAPPY to admit my father! 1 month of respite stay turned into 2, upon moving my Father back home, HE requested to return for another respite stay. My Brother and I were more than happy to move him back in and he was welcomed with ioen arms! The love, compassion and care here for EVERY RESIDENT is remarkable! Vanessa, Kierra, Toni, Linda, REBECCA and Kim..are true gems! Shout out to Steven and Robin for always having the medication ready whenever i popped in to take my Dad home!..A dare not leave out the personal care assistants and Dining staff! Kudos to you and your hard work! I am forever grateful for the love shown to my Father! The Cooper Family!

We needed help with our grandmother 24 hours a day. She is 96 years old and she has been admitted and is now a resident at the magnolia. This is a very nice place. Very good food and the staff is excellent. I would suggest this for anyone that needs Around the clock Assistance and Care for your elderly family members. We searched foreign and wild and chose this in Oxford, Mississippi the magnolia impressed us, and the apartments are really nice. You can furnish them the way you’d like you also can update them if you want to at your expense.
