My mother-in-law fell and broke her hip Friday night. Kylie called me, describing what had happened and Mom's condition. She was very professional and efficient; not panicked or excited. It was very reassuring to me. It was after hours and she met me at the front door and took me up to my mother-in-law's room. When we got there, Crystal was sitting with my mother, holding her hand and comforting her. I just want to let you know that both of them did their jobs in a professional, caring way. I am very thankful for them and you should be proud to have them on your team.

I was able to visit and have a grand tour of this amazing healthcare community. The attention to detail by both the Executive Director and Marketing Director was exceptional. As a national Certified Alzheimer's disease and Dementia Care Trainer, I would highly recommend any family member looking for that one of a kind exceptional community for their loved ones to live and thrive...visit The Lodge and tell them Anthony sent you!

I toured the Lodge four different times a few months apart. Once with my sister, once with my mom and then my dad. The final visit was with both of my siblings. Victoria Erwin was so kind and informative each and every time. Although The Lodge did not fit my parents needs, Victoria was so considerate. She offered to help and give guidance in any way she could. We saw her interact with several people that live in the senior community. She greeted each of them by name and was pleasant and aware of what they doing and how they were feeling. Her caring manner and interaction were special to observe. I want to thank Victoria for her time and kindness. I sincerely hope Victoria gets the accolades that she deserves. Lyn Faeth

My sister and I were told the staff could handle getting my mom on and off the toilet…… after a week or so, myself, my wife, and my sister all had to start taking care of bathroom visits and showering because the staff said they weren’t equipped to do the tasks anymore that they had promised in the beginning. They are nice in the beginning, but clearly lack the minimal strength to not drop my mom on the toilet or get her up themselves. Things my 120lb wife and 130lb sister could easily do. Don’t waste your money here for people who can’t perform easy tasks!
