Our family was faced with the reality of having to find a home for my father in law where he could be taken care of and under supervision. We were not able to have him live with us. We knew he needed to be treated with dignity and compassion. The Landing exceeded our expectations. We were overwhelmed by the heartfelt welcome my father in law received and how much attention was given to his unique and personal needs. The facility is beautiful. Dad’s little apartment was amazing and the food was top notch. Everyone from the administrators to the aides were kind and loving to our Dad. We felt comfortable speaking with all of the employees at The Landing as if they were family. We were sad to say goodbye, but we absolutely will keep this home in mind for the future. We highly recommend this place if it is suitable for your loved ones. May God bless The Landing and all who are residing there.

Place is a disaster! Meetings for care plans are just to save face. Care of patients is NOT a priority. Paid a TON of money for med management and showering of my mother-in-law... NONE of it was adhered to. They want your money... Saleswoman and manager will yes you to death just to get the care plan increased. Really disappointed in this place, paid a lot of money and just expected decency and transparency. How would any of you like to go DAYS without bathing? Wonder why my mother in law was off at times? The too much or not enough meds that you were to manage was NEVER consistently administered! Thank god we were on top of things, people that dont need to pay attention. NO need to respond admin, you had MANY chances to do right and treat her well. You are either in over your head or do not care. Thankfully we moved her out....Shameful and DO NOT send your loved ones here at all....

I’m concerned about the safety and privacy of residents at this facility. I’m a friend of a family member of someone who lives here, and I’ve observed staff posting photos of residents on social media. If employees are on their phones taking pictures, it raises serious concerns about negligence and whether residents are receiving the attentive care they deserve. I hope management addresses this immediately. Not only is it extremely inappropriate, but potentially a HIPAA violation.

I’m so impressed with the commitment, compassion, and the community’s dedication to care for its residents at The Landings. I’m always met with a smile and it’s quite obvious the residents are well loved! Thank you for everything!!
