Sarah and her entire team were so friendly and welcoming. My mom is interested in moving and maybe considering apartment and this was a phenomenal experience. Even though we weren’t in the market immediately, she took the time to explain everything to us and show us all the floor plans and options. Should my mom elect to go to the apartment route. The facility was so new clean and just felt like home.

Such a lovely place! So many fun activities and the facilities are amazing. Pool, golf simulator, fishing pond, playground for the grandkids when they visit, dog park, movie theater, hair salon, fitness programs, highly recommend. Ask about move in specials - 2 months free with a one year lease. Tell them I sent you!!

Sarah and Linda were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure the process of viewing The Lakes was seamless and stress-free. They were well-prepared, and had a genuine enthusiasm for answering every question with clarity and patience. From offering in-depth details about the property and surrounding area, their professionalism and approachable manner made a potentially overwhelming experience feel comfortable and even enjoyable. It was clear they were committed not just to making a lease agreement, but to helping me find the right fit.

If you move in here, you might enjoy your first year but that is all you will get. Might as well not even bother to unpack because they will hike up your rent the next year to ensure that you cannot stay. They are coming up on one year since they opened and this is what is happening to 2/3 of the original tenants that moved in. Notice that all the reviews are from NEW tenants who just moved in or people who have just viewed the facility. Unless you are a senior with unlimited income do not even both investing emotionally in this place. You will be disappointed. They will push you out for the $$$.
