I wish I could put into words to how eternally grateful I, and my siblings, are to the members of the Kensington staff for the wonderful care that my mother received while she was there. From her first day everyone was so welcoming and helped her to feel at home. It was wonderful to see her sitting with friends and talking with the dining staff. They always made sure that she ate a good meal and topped it off with chocolate ice cream. Her care partners were loving and kind always ensuring that her dignity was maintained. Staff members would often drop in to say hello even when they weren't assigned to her. The staff at the Kensington became a second family to us all. We knew that our mother was cared for with kindness and love. Thank you all.

The Kensington has been an answer to my prayers. After experiencing two different facilities and 24 hour home care I was truly troubled about what the next step would be for my mom. I just can’t say enough about the care that my mom is receiving. The staff is amazing !! It’s a wonderful feeling knowing that your loved one is being treated like family .

I would like to send a special recognition to Mr. Bill Crawford, Executive Director, who took the time to meet with me regarding a very sensitive issue regarding my mother's well- being. Thank you, Mr.Crawford, for helping to diffuse a potentially harmful situation with your professionalism and understanding, where your staff is concerned. I feel much better today about a particular matter than I did 2 days ago. You are a testament to true professionalism and care. Thank you!!!!

I visited Kensington's Connections yesterday to bring staff a tray of cookies in gratitude for the care they gave my husband during the nine months he was a resident there. During that time his rapid deterioration required constant changes in care and great patience. His care and decisions about it were a team effort, involving input from not only the wonderful people who attended to him daily, but also medical staff, administrators, physical therapists. I have not been back to the Kensington since my husband's passing last August. I returned not knowing what to expect. Yesterday, I was greeted by staff with the unfailing warmth characteristic of Connections, the same warmth my husband had been embraced by on even his worst days. Residents were, as usual, being treated as the individuals they are, conscientiously, with kindness, compassion and professionalism. The facility was as lovely as always. Yesterday's experience reassured me that moving my husband to the Kensington had been absolutely the right decision, one I will never regret. Thank you Kensington.
