The Kensington is designed to be home for seniors who are looking for assisted living and memory care services. We believe the comfort of familiarity is precious, so our enhanced program enables us to offer care beyond what the traditional assisted living community can deliver. We offer a full spectrum of clinical support, including 24/7 licensed nurses on-site and end-of-life care, and no resident needs to move out if assisted living health care needs change or increase. I visited many assisted living facilities located at Pasadena and Los Angeles, however Kensington Sierra Madre is one of the best I ever saw. All working staff is very polite and attentive to theirs client. Facility is large and well organized. Kensington, also has PT, OT and hairdresser services. The memory care unit has plenty of activities during the day. Residents here feel happy and comfortable. Hopefully one day I will be resident here and enjoy the services. Pavla Gould

The Kensington has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a beautiful, well-maintained facility. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, always going out of their way to help and make everyone feel comfortable. You can truly feel the care and compassion they have for the residents. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about the Kensington Sierra Madre. Every single person in this community treats you like family. So caring, beautiful amenities, fantastic engaging activities. The best part is, my Dad is so excited and full of life in his new community. He absolutely loves it and will tell everyone he knows how great it is. Thank you everyone at the Kensington. We are so grateful to have been welcomed into your home.

The Kensington is a beautiful facility. Very warm and inviting as well as comforting. The staff is loving, caring, respectful, treating the residents with dignity and honor as a "family member." My husband was always ready for the day in the morning. Appreciated the resident's inclusion in activities and field trips. His room was attended to on a daily basis. Staff was also very attentive to me as well as other family members and visitors. I appreciated that the staff made adjustments to the care plan as necessary to accomodate changing needs, informing me of their thinking and reasoning for his best interest. I greatly appreciated the support we all received as we navigated this time of our lives. While The Kensington is considered expensive relative to other options, I felt like the service we received for him was the best possible option. I am very grateful for The Kensington and all they have to offer as a senior assisted living facility.
