When my father moved into The Inn at Belle Harbor, my family felt very nervous and guilty. It's not an easy decision to make. After a week of him being there we all felt a deep sense of relief. This type of transition is never easy, but the team at The Inn was exceptional. Colette, who took us on our first tour was very communicative and even shared her cell number with us so we could get updates on him. The Inn at Belle Harbor isn't just a care facility. It's a place where people are seen, celebrated, and supported in ways that feel deeply human. My father was treated with respect and warmth, and we were given peace of mind knowing he was surrounded by people who truly cared. I can't recommend The Inn at Belle Harbor enough. They gave my father comfort and joy--which gave us trust and gratitude in return. I'm eternally grateful for this chapter.

My husband has been a resident at The Inn at Belle Harbour since January 20, 2025, and I want to share my gratitude for the incredible care and support he has received. I was initially very nervous about this transition, but the staff at the facility quickly put my mind at ease with their compassion and attentiveness. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels cared for and valued. The activities they provide keep everyone engaged and help create a warm lively community. Thank you to the team at The Inn at Belle Harbour for making such a difference in my husband's life ---and in mine as well.

My wife Michele has been in Belle Harbour’s memory care community since September 12, 2024. I could not be more impressed by the quality of care and kindness that I have been shown by every person at Belle Harbour from the staff to the executive director; they truly have been like a second family. Michele came in underweight, and her condition was declining rapidly. After being at Belle Harbour for four months, she is now at a normal weight, and her Alzheimer’s has stabilized. In the 58 years since my wife and I have known each other, I have never seen anyone go to such lengths to ensure that Michele is cared for, happy, and thriving to the degree she has been at Belle Harbour. Fatimah, the director of nursing, goes out of her way to create a community of compassionate care. When I visit my wife, I often come in to find her singing and engaging in various activities. Michele is truly thriving at Belle Harbour, and I couldn’t be more impressed with all aspects of her care. The staff at Belle Harbour has gone above and beyond in every possible way, and I can’t thank them enough. Belle Harbour has offered more than I could have ever imagined in a memory care community, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

My wife who has dementia was originally at another facility that ignored us at move in and neglected her thereafter. The experience at The Inn at Belle Harbour was totally different. All kinds of assistance moving in and the experience since has been terrific. Very professional and organized. Everyone there is very approachable and encourages active participation by family members.
