We have had the pleasure of visiting The Glades of Champions Gate on several occasions. Every time we have been treated very warmly and felt so very welcomed. The community is beautiful and has a 5 star hotel vibe, not a senior community feel. The staff is amazing and very accommodating each and every time. What stands out most is the genuine care the team ( Carmen, Lanetrius and Josh, just to name a few) have for each resident and their families. My mom has been a resident at The Glades for the past six years, and she and I have been satisfied by the care she has received. The environment is welcoming, clean, and feels like a true community. The caregivers and staff go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable, engaged, and treated with dignity. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my mom is in a place where she is not only cared for, but also valued and loved. Over the years, I’ve seen many team members come and go, but there are those who consistently stand out for their kindness and commitment. One of those exceptional caregiver is May. Her hard work does not go unnoticed, and it has made a lasting impact on my mom’s quality of life. I did encounter a recent concern during my time there, but what stood out most was how it was handled. The Executive Director and the Business Office Director addressed the issue promptly, listened carefully, and worked with sincerity to resolve it. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing what’s right made a lasting impression on me. It’s reassuring to know that leadership is not only present but actively engaged and compassionate. I am deeply grateful for the support and care my mom has received here.
