The Glades at ChampionsGate

This place is absolutely AMAZING! The staff is attentive and kind. We have enjoyed getting to the team. It has been hard to find a community that has really good food and fun activities. It seems so many communities miss the mark on those two things but not this community. They hit it out of the park. The staff is fun and engaging with residents. Overall a beautiful and great place to call home. I highly recommend it. We have searched high and low for the best community for my mother in law and we found it here.

I recently visited The Glades at ChampionsGate. The community is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff and residents are so friendly and welcoming! There was an entertainer singing. The residents were having so much fun singing along and clapping. I was able to eat lunch and the food was fantastic. I had Beef Brisket, which was so tender, mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was so nice eating fresh vegetables that were perfectly cooked. I had a really great experience.

I had an outstanding experience at the Glades ALF in Champions Gate, thanks to Carmen! I brought my 89-year-old mom for a tour of the facility, and Carmen greeted us with such kindness and respect that we immediately felt at home. She walked us through every detail—from the comfortable rooms to the state-of-the-art movie theater, gym, restaurant, beauty salon, and the beautiful outdoor pool area. Her warm personality and thorough explanations left me with complete assurance about the quality of care and the vibrant community available for my mom. Carmen's professionalism and genuine concern for our needs made all the difference, and I’m now excited to move my mom into the facility this April. Thank you, Carmen, for making this important decision so much easier for our family!

I am a family friend of a resident in the Memory Care Community at The Glades. I also volunteer, so am in and out at various points throughout the week. I want to share a few things about Carryl Knight, the Director of Memory Care. Carryl is incredibly hands-on and leads the team by example. I continually see Carryl engaging and interacting with the residents. You can see and feel the connection she has with everyone. I often see her hugging, dancing, or sharing a fun conversation with the residents. I have witnessed many special moments that Carryl creates for the residents. She has high standards and insists that the resident's safety and dignity is top priority. She has implemented some great practices and taught her staff the importance of them. The safe, warm, caring, and loving environment that Carryl has created for everyone (staff, residents, families, and volunteers) is nothing short of impressive!
